Rock the Drops charges a flat fee of $25 for shipping per tube in the US and $50 per tube to ship to Canada.

There are two options available for sale:

Poly:   The drops have a polypropelene film on the backside to protect the paper from tearing or wrinkling.  The front side is a matte finish and does not shine in either natural light shots or studio light shots.  This paper is amazing, but it is not indestructable.  You must take care of your drops. If you need drops fast, this is the way to go.  These can be shipped out same day or the following day.  1-3 Business Days to ship out.

Dura Floor:  This is a heavy duty vinyl that is NOT shiny!  This is available for our floors only. It has a smooth finish, tear resistant, polyester fabric layer for strength and a water resistant coating.  We do have to let the ink cure on the drop for 1 day after it is printed, so will be shipped 3-6 business days after ordered.

Shipping: All drops and floors are rolled carefully and placed into tubes for shipping. Up to 6 Poly drops will fit in 1 tube. 1 Dura Floor will fit in a tube. 1 Poly can also be put in a tube with 1 Vinyl.

Returns: Due to the nature of these products, All Sales Are Final.

If you accidently order the wrong sized drop, we will accept them back.  You must pay shipping to ship them back to us and then pay the difference for the other drops plus shipping. All swapped drops must be in the original packaging and pass inspection once they are back at Rock the Drops Office before we will send out the new ones.

Timing and Sales:  When placing an order during a sale, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your drops. We have had sales so big that we've printed for a month straight, so please be patient!  If you have ordered thru the sale and need your drop right away, there is a rush fee of $15.  If you have ordered during a sale but not taken advantage of the sale pricing, your order will automatically be bumped to the top and yours will go out within the 2-4 business days.

We do not stock our drops, they are all printed at the time of the order.

Shipping Estimate Times: We are located in Minnesota.  UPS comes at 4 p.m. and the first day of shipping according to UPS is the following day. If you want something to get shipped out the same day, the order MUST be in by 12:00 Central Time to ensure that it goes out same day (only available on Poly and only with notification)
